We provide a variety of checks in addition to a detailed application for each applicant. Checks we perform include a background check, a credit check, and a reference check. Our reference checks include contacting former landlords and employers for each applicant. Once we’ve completed the screening process, we’ll present the information to you so you can make an informed decision.
We handle every step of the move-in for your Aptos rental.
Once you’ve selected your tenant, we facilitate and supervise every step of the move-in process. The property will remain listed on the market until a security deposit is received. This helps eliminate any avoidable vacancies.

Late fees will be enforced. If necessary, we dispense pay-or-quit notices.
We perform yearly inspections to ensure proper upkeep of your Aptos property and to make sure your property is safe.

Living in Aptos, California
Aptos is an unincorporated town that is located just east of the town of Santa Cruz on Monterey Bay in Central California. Known as a beachy surf haven and residential community, Aptos is home to roughly 6,200 people.
Aptos gets its name from the Ohlone Naitive American word for “the people.” The first European explorers in the area was the Spanish Portolá expedition, which passed through in 1769.
By 1850, when California became a U.S. state, Rafael Castro, who had been given over 6,000 acres of land around the area that is now modern day Aptos as a land grant from the Mexican government, leased the land to American settlers. They built a wharf, a general store, and a lumber mill in the area that would become modern day Aptos Village Square.
Today, Aptos is a quiet community that’s home to those who love coastal living but like things a little more low key than in the bustling town of nearby Santa Cruz.
