I would absolutely work with Alexis Martinez and Intempus again. During the process of finding renters they were communicative and never left me wondering about what they were doing to find the right tenant. The photos and other promotional materials for the house were well done. Alexis listened to what my needs were and helped me come up with changes to the lease to reflect those needs. All in all I am very happy with what they did for me.
