How You Get Paid
Property Management & Lease-Up Fees
- You earn 40% of all lease-up and monthly management fees collected from your portfolio.
- We retain 60% to cover tech, maintenance, marketing, and accounting infrastructure.
Sales Commissions
- No sales experience? No problem. We pair you with a mentor for your first 3 deals at a 50/50 split
- After 3 deals, your split increases to a competitive 85% / 15%
