With experience managing residential and multi-family properties across Solano County, Contra Costa County, and the Bay Area, she strives to ensure smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards. She is skilled in conflict resolution, helping tenants and property owners navigate challenges with professionalism, empathy, and fairness. Her ability to create win-win solutions allows her to foster trust, mitigate disputes, and ensure positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Surprisingly, Angela’s career experience includes serving as an Operations Manager for an executive leasing office long before she knew she would enter the world of real estate. This role helped her develop expertise in leasing operations, property management strategies, and leadership. She later owned and operated Solano Maids for 13 years, managing a team of eleven employees and maintaining strong client relationships, before making the decision to sell the business and transition fully into real estate.
Success in property management comes from strategy, leadership, and care—but just as important are the passions that shape who I am beyond my profession. Whether I’m hosting tea parties, traveling, getting lost in a Dean Koontz novel, or cherishing time with family and friends, I find joy in connection, creativity, and simple moments that make life meaningful.
