We worked with Olen Rokhvarger to rent out our home in San Jose. Olen initially came over and walked through the house and the Intempus process with us. Once we signed the contract, he took over everything from there and marketed the property, held open houses, ran credit checks on potential renters and assisted in the process to choose the best fit for us. During the rental period, as any issues came up, Olen was quick to let us know and then explain the solution he recommended. I’d highly recommend Olen and Intempus to anybody who is interested in a solid property management company.
