1 Apply online

Get started with the Residential Referral Agreement

2 Receive a referral fee

Upon the closing, the Referring Broker shall receive a referral fee of: $250 or $500 of the commission received by the Receiving Brokerage for this transaction. If the unit is occupied, you will get $250, but if it is vacant, you will get as much as $500!

The referring agent will retain the right of first refusal to Sale referred property or properties.
